Social media strategy

When WineFriend approached us, they were already conversant in social media, with a great email marketing framework backing them up. They'd risen quickly as a loved brand and had already generated a very passionate community within their owned platforms.

What we helped with was solidifying a social media strategy for them: just which objectives they could strive for in social, what conversations they could be having (and with whom), how often, and what sort of budget could be applied. We also looked at what sort of community they had built up and how they could utilise these fans to spread the word about WineFriend. And along the way, we had a really interactive workshop which up-skilled members of the team in their understanding of social platforms, how they work and what to use them for.
